Jamal Williams, PT, MScPT, BA (Hons) Kin
Jamal earned his Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Oxford Brookes University in the UK, following an Honours Specialization in Kinesiology at Western University, where he competed as a varsity track and field athlete. Born and raised in London, Jamal grew up immersed in sports, playing basketball, football, volleyball, and competing in track at a high level. He is passionate about working with athletes and active individuals and has experience supporting high-performance teams, including working pitchside with the Oxford Quins Rugby Club in England’s National League.
Jamal’s passion is helping people overcome pain and return to the activities that matter most to them — whether that’s sport, work, or everyday movement. He uses an evidence-based approach and collaborates closely with each client to prioritize their goals. Jamal empowers his clients through individualized treatment plans that combine education, progressive exercise, and manual therapy. He is committed to continued learning and plans to pursue certifications in acupuncture, sports first responder training, concussion rehabilitation, manual therapy, and strength and conditioning. He is also working toward completing his Sport Physiotherapy Canada Diploma to further specialize in the care of athletes.
Outside of the clinic, Jamal stays active through running and strength training. He’s a big supporter of the Toronto Raptors and enjoys staying connected to the world of sport, both personally and professionally.
